If there is no response contact Brian Edgeworth on 02392 552719.

Bat Hospital Report

A huge amount of work is undertaken by ambulance drivers and carers each year. On an average year we estimate 150 bats are picked up and cared for with over 90 dealt with by the Pawling's. These have included Pipistrelles, Long-eareds, Daubenton's, Whiskered, Brandts, Serotine and Noctule bats. Chris & Mike also deal with over 200 telephone calls between January and the end of September. More than ten people currently help by ferrying injured bats from householders to Chris & Mike with four or five more helping to rehabilitate bats.
